Welcome to the BCMW Grievance Resolution Portal, where we prioritize addressing concerns raised by students, faculty, and stakeholders. We recognize that an organization’s ability to effectively handle grievances is indicative of its efficiency and commitment to quality service delivery.

Our portal streamlines the process of submitting grievances, ensuring that complainants provide accurate contact information for efficient follow-up. Each submission receives a unique identification number for tracking purposes.

The Committee’s responsibilities include adhering to established arbitration procedures outlined by the college and relevant regulatory bodies. This includes assessing grievances in academic, administrative, and disciplinary realms. Within three days of receiving a complaint, a sub-committee is formed to initiate resolution efforts.

The Committee also identifies individuals for involvement in the inquiry and takes necessary actions for grievance resolution. If a complaint remains unresolved after 30 days, it may be escalated to higher authorities for further attention.
